It's very unlikely that I will ever get out to Minnesota. But there is a bar there called the 5-8 Club that invented the Juicy Lucy, a burger whose patties are stuffed with cheese, and Goldbelly ships them nationwide.

Yes, it was pretty good, not just because of the rich and gooey cheese, but also because of the quality of the beef. It's a relatively naked burger with nothing but pickes and some seasoning salt, but of course the patty is also hiding cheese inside.

They offer multiple cheese options, including a potent local blue, but the standard American cheese was better balanced. Those sweet potato puffs were very sugary though, especially with its marshmallow dipping sauce.
