Like Teochew herh keow, these "UFO" oyster cakes are really one of those things that really deserve more attention. Mine was still warm from this stall (166 Jalan Besar #02-34), and it was not just delightfully briny, but was also filled with the heft of minced meat and earthy greens inside. I only realized afterwards that this stall also provides a chili sauce to go with it, which I'll have be sure to try next time.
