LUNA is a Bib Gourmand from San Jose that has since expanded to a big spot over in Campbell (1875 South Bascom Avenue #570, 408-963-6681). It was rather commercialized, but I get why the Michelin folks liked it: proper ingredients sourced from local places like Niman Ranch. We ordered one of those giant parrilladas for sharing, and it came with a bazillion kinds of grilled meat, with both the steak and carnitas in particular being decently tender. That baked cheese above wasn't as exciting as I had hoped for though.
