The stall that draws the crowds at the Mitsuwa Marketplace food court in West San Jose (675 Saratoga Avenue) is Santouka. But since we can get Santouka anytime back in Singapore, I opted for the other stall, which seems to be from Hawaii, of all places. We went for their namesake takoyaki, especially since they had an interesting version topped with coriander. It was rather sweet though.
