The Traveling Hungryboy

I stopped at a random taco stand on my way back tonight, and this shop had both quesabirrias and crispy birria tacos listed separately on the menu, which got me confused. I ordered the latter, not only because it was based on corn tortillas, but also because it was $3 cheaper. And it came out just as I would've expected of quesabirria (yep, there was melted cheese in there). I'm not sure if the flour version comes with a cup of consomé to justify the extra three bucks, but I need to go back one night to confirm what the difference is.
