There is a little tamale truck in front of the Bank of America at Seven Trees Shopping Center off Monterey Highway (79 Senter Road, 408-807-2454), and it's only open in the mornings. I was nearby and happily stopped in for some pork and chicken tamales, which were steaming hot and delicious. It looks like they also have some cheese and jalapeno versions, as well as one with a red mole sauce that I should try next time.
