The Traveling Hungryboy

I'm not sure if these guys are related to the Tokyo Soba folks that were in this spot previously (12 Gopeng Street #01-16, 6970-9963), but I like the concept of this place: pick your protein, and they'll grill that and serve it as a teishoku. That gindara above was deliciously crispy with a salty and fatty exterior. But it was also so thick that it wasn't heated all the way through, so next time I'll probably choose something else. Either way, it's nice to see more places doing simply grilled food these days. I wish that they were even more common.
