The Traveling Hungryboy

We spotted this taco truck from a distance and decided to stop in for a quick snack (555 Showers Drive). The protein selections were disappointingly limited (no tripas, lengua, suadero, nor buche to be found), but fortunately their tortillas were good enough to make me happy. I only realized afterwards that I should've tried their fish tacos, and perhaps even their veggie taco given that I was still in the mood for something light.
