The Traveling Hungryboy

I'm not sure if these guys were originally from Los Altos or if it was just their name (2105 Old Middlefield Way East), but we were nearby this morning when I figured that I'd take advantage of the fact that it was the weekend when menudo was available. To my surprise, there was no hominy in this one, and there was a pretty heavy aroma coming from this too, if you know what I mean. The cuts of tripe were tender enough for me to eat, but I definitely prefer Taqueria Tlaquepaque's version instead.
