We made a pitstop at IHOP today. I shouldn't have been surprised at the watery coffee, but I was a bit bummed about the soggy hash browns, despite my request to for them to be crispy. It still went down easily with some Tabasco and Cholula though, and I liked how the buttermilk pancakes were topped with some salty butter. Plus, the portions were not as outrageous as I feared they would be.
