So Momofuku seems to have a take on Laoganma, and it comes in an extra spicy option. I got my hopes up given how much his Extremely Spicy Noodles burned, but this was buzz-killingly tame...and sweet via the use of coconut sugar. I'll have to find my source of heat elsewhere, even if this was still fragrant enough to gobble up quickly.
