It's taco time, this one being from one of the better trucks in the area (4645 Cherry Avenue, 408-690-8145). Both the tripas and suadero in my two tacos above were crispy, fatty, and deliciously tender, going great with the three bottles of salsa available, particularly the rich orange one. I need to come back here one day to try their mulitas.
