The Traveling Hungryboy

I know that I already consumed two lunches already, but there was a taco truck at the Chevron station across from PSJ, and I figured that I'd grab a couple of tacos for dessert (1111 North Capitol Avenue). Unfortunately, neither tripas nor cabeza were available, so I settled for birria, which was a bit meaty. It was nice to have a grilled jalapeno as well as homemade tortillas, but they didn't double-ply them. Admittedly I'll look for other taco trucks next time I'm in the neighborhood.
