Time for more barbecue, this time featuring not just whole-hog Eastern barbecue from this shop and catering service here in Raleigh, but even Texan brisket and St Louis ribs. The brisket was the best of the three given how tender and fatty it was, but I certainly wasn't complaining about the others. Actually, the thing that I was really happy with was the veggies, including not just the braised collard greens, but also that big pile of fresh in-season kale.
