Buffalo Wild Wings is a nationwide chain that I've seen a lot of times but never went in until today. They have a pretty long list of sauces to choose from, including a new "Blazin' Knockout" made with nine different peppers. In retrospect, I should've have gotten that one, because the "hot" and original selections that I went with weren't very spicy, and frankly were so mild that I couldn't tell the difference between them.
The meat itself was pretty dry, but that didn't matter too much when the whole point was to ingest sodium and greasy chicken skin. The beer selection also wasn't as impressive as the array of taps looked, but it sufficed in providing refreshing suds to wash everything down. Fortunately the weather was nice enough for us to sit outside today, especially given that the indoor seating was a bit loud and stinky.
