Here's a dish that I never knew existed until tonight: pipikaula, which is a local semi-dried beef from Hawaii. This rendition reminded me a bit of corned beef in terms of both texture and taste, and I happily gobbled it down tonight given how simply seasoned it was. I'd happily eat that again.
