I'm not in Changsha itself, but this looks like a chain from there pushing this bowl of flat rice noodles at the top of their menu. It tasted like it looks: mild, but clean and refreshing, at least before you spiked it with some of the pickles that they have available on the side. The more intereting thing was a savory spring onion donut thing that they fried to order, helping to provide a greasier edge to it all.
