I needed food quickly, and an outlet of Kajiken was nearby. I figured I'd try something different, and this was staring me in the face. The gooey cheese on those noodles was pleasantly smoky, and went down nicely with chashu and mentaiko. I won't get it again, but that scalding hot cup of soup was a nice accompaniment.
