I haven't had much luck with Lotteria. But not much was open at Incheon Airport when I arrived late tonight, and the big neon "Burger Lab" sign got me curious to see if it would be that different. They served things like that hanwoo bulgogi burger above, but it was a bit sweet from the sauce, and frankly I never would've known that it was local beef if they hadn't told me. I didn't bother to finish it.
Afterthought: LOL I didn't realize until now that I've had their hanwoo bulgogi burger before, and that was before this Burger Lab thing came about. That one certainly wasn't as poofy as this one though.
