This may be just a plate of stir-fried noodles from the hotel’s late might room service menu, but it featured dried bamboo shoots, which are not only a local Huangshan specialty but also gave everything a deliciously savory and firm texture. I gobbled this plate up quickly, especially since the kitchen wasn’t shy with the salt and oil here either. Yum.
