I haven't been back to Kuaile Xiaoyang in a while, so I'm not sure when they started doing these. But they are now offering single-diner sets weekdays until 6 PM, which is awesome. You get your choice of broth and meat, and I was happy with everything that came out, including that malty buckwheat tea that they now serve in those kettles too. This would make for a great early dinner hack if I'm out on Orchard Road at that hour again.
