It's been a while since I've been back to Kanada-Ya, and this time I decided to grab their chicken paitan above. The salty broth and the curly noodles were decent enough for me to finish. It cleared the bare minimum of what I would expect of a bowl, even if the chashu carried a tinge of sweetness.
