This is apparently one of the big soba chains in Japan, and there was an outlet across the street from the office that was open in the morning, making for a nice meal to start the day. I couldn't find the English toggle or the ordering kiosk though, so I half-blindedly went by picture with what seems to be a neba neba above. It was certainly refreshing, and there were plenty of garnishes on the countertop fo you to dress it up with. How convenient!
