The Traveling Hungryboy

We had a good meal at this high-end sushi shop in the basement of the Rf Building near Roppongi (3 Chome-1-15 B1F, +81-3-3404-2622). All of the fish was naturally of very high quality, but more importantly, the rice was cooked perfectly with a delicious texture. My favorite of the night was probably a piece of fish that was topped with its own liver, not to mention a number of other pieces, including some grilled ones, as well as a deliciously tender chutoro.
