The Traveling Hungryboy

This is a chain of budaejjigae restaurants across Korea called "Doctor Mo," and it was definitely one of the better ones. That was not only due to the quality of the ingredients inside, but also it was spicier than most renditions too. The refillable broth ended up being mildly thick and rich in the end thanks the baked beans and melted cheese inside. I like how they don't serve anything else but this: just state the number of people and any extra toppings, and you are good to go.
