The Traveling Hungryboy

Here's an interesting variation on avocado toast featuring hummus and whole chickpeas, as well as dukkah and pomegranate seeds. The quality of the individual ingredients was fine, but did they forget to toast this thing? (It is called avocado *toast* after all.) The bread was soft and limp, lacking the crunch and rigidity to support all of the ingredients on top. Plus, it needed a bit more salt, and the service was just horrible today. I don't go to Privé very often, but my impression just keeps getting worse.
