
A friend and I grabbed some drinks at The Guild tonight (55 Keong Saik Road #01-01), and we grabbed a few snacks to go along with it, including those local oysters above. They were better than I was expecting, but they also weren't as briny as I prefer. Either way, they did a wonderful job with their smoked local sea bass, which they paired nicely with shaved fennel and green apple.
