That looked and tasted much better than it sounded, with that super tender pork belly covered in a velvety yet light sauce over distinct grains of rice. I still felt bad about coming into such an upscale place to order the cheapest items though, so I yet again topped up with a pricey dessert that exceeded the cost of everything else. If I can just get past my guilt, then I might come here more often given the good quality of ingredients that they use in these Inflation Menu dishes.
