The Traveling Hungryboy

This gyumotsu shop from Hokkaido opened an outlet on the former grounds of Fugetsu at Suntec's Eat At Seven (3 Temasek Boulevard #03-316, 6250-1561). I wasn't in the mood for motsunabe though, especially since the restaurant's air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well. So I fell back on this okonomiyaki featuring some rich and chewy bits of intestines as my protein. It was tasty and nicely done enough that I'd be willing to go back for the motsunabe one day, but perhaps after work if they still don't have their ventilation issues fixed.
