
I've been going through the other bowls at Siye Niula, and that dry stir-fried one above looked better than it tasted. Their hongshao bowl is pretty good though with its deep-tasting soup. But I still prefer the crisp broth of the original. Indeed, the best part about that plate above was not the noodles itself, but the fact that they provided a side of the clear original soup.
