This is a small chain of Cantonese roast meat shops that seemed rather popular. Presumbaly it was for the noodles, which were nice and springy. The meat itself wasn't really that special though, nor was the chili sauce, as it was a bit sweet. They were pretty generous with that big plate of bean sprouts in the back though.
