I'm not sure if this is a recent thing, but this chain of Chinese soup food court stalls is doing lei cha fan, and it's not bad. No, it's not as differentiated as Lin Da Ma or Thunder Tree (and it's too bad that the olive rice option here doesn't really stand out), but it's good enough to get me filled up on the cheap when I'm not in the mood for gluten.
