We came to a place called Little Flour Café at World Plaza for lunch today (31st Street Corner 4th Avenue, 777-7383), and the menu featured a number of local "rice bowls." I went for this one, in part since I'd never heard of it, and also have trouble pronouncing it. But it was basically cuts of crispy pork knuckle on top of garlic rice, and yes, it tasted as good as it sounded. I could've easily finished the whole thing but fortunately I had enough self-restraint to leave a small portion of the carbs, protein, and fat away from my tummy.
