I'm hardly an authority on this subject, but this is my favorite chendol place right now (335 Smith Street #02-008). It's all that this shop sells, and it seemed like every nearby table had one of their porcelain bowls on their table. What makes it great is how simple they are, and are yet full of yummy gula melaka and coconut goodness. I downed this thing quickly.
