
I don't think I've seen this adorning many Hong Kong wanton min shop menus. But Chee Kei has it on their menu, and today I finally tried it. The broth was nice and savory, but the shrimp had an odd ammonia-like odor in them. I still ate it quickly, but I'll probably stick to their noodles next time.
