Hattendo isn't just about cream puffs; they also do some Japanese burgers. Yep, think of chicken nanban, shogyayaki, and tsukune, the last of which even comes with little bits of nankotsu soft cartilage. It might sound weird, but it works, as they do a nice job of garnishing them, along with a pillowy soft bun. It's easy to inhale and then finish off with a cream puff.
