The Traveling Hungryboy

This was a random stall that I came across on the upper floor of Amoy Street Food Centre today (7 Maxwell Road #02-104). And it was better than I thought it would be, including not just the quality of the meat, but also the broth, which was almost velvety, if that's even a way to describe phở broth. I didn't care for the noodles though, and I went back to the office in a sweaty mess, which means that I probably won't be going back on a weekday. So are these guys related to Golden Lotus in Toa Payoh?
