The Traveling Hungryboy

One of the other things that I had to get while I was here in Memphis was a burger from Dyer's (205 Beale Street, 901-527-3937). See, they apparently use a grease that has not been changed in over 100 years. And the patty was indeed tasty, even if the mustard and pickle ultimately made the entire thing taste a tad sour. I actually liked the fries more. I'm not sure if it's the same grease or not, but it was bursting with potato flavor, like a crispier, tastier version of In-N-Out fries. These guys are open late too, making it a perfect place to go to after hitting up the many bars nearby.
