New York City's Black Tap finally opened at Marina Bay Sands today (10 Bayfront Avenue #L1-80, 6688-9957). I went for the basic All American Burger above, and it was good, but also surprisingly salty. It's a bit of a shame since the beef quality was actually pretty good, and perhaps could've shone through a bit more had they not been so heavy-handed on the salt.
Nonetheless, I ate the thing quickly, and the fries and beer selection here weren't too bad either. If the kitchen is open to toning down the salt a bit upon request, then I'll be happy to come back, even if this place isn't cheap. I won't bother getting one of those CrazyShake milkshakes again though; that over-the-top sugar bomb was just something to order once to satiate the curiosity.
