The Traveling Hungryboy

I couldn't stop thinking about last night's green chile, and yet I wanted to try another shop's rendition of it. So I walked down to this place (714 Santa Fe Drive, 303-623-3926), as it was not only on the Eater 38 list, but was also an Andrew Zimmern stop too. I was disappointed though, as this was not the orange-brown thick and rich stuff from last night. Instead, it was thin and sour, kinda like how I had imagined green chile to taste like before I tried it D'Corazon. I still ate it all though.
