I feel like such an idiot. Somehow when I (sped) read about this place (16 Raffles Quay #B1-33, 9151-9672), I thought it said that Keisuke opened this place. So I was very puzzled when I arrived, as it seemed very out of character for Keisuke. It turned out that I had totally misread the story: this place is actually from some nearby sake bar called Kabuke. Crap! Well, the food wasn't actually that bad in the end. But the portions were rather small, and I was so miffed from my mistake that I wished I had gone elsewhere.
