The Traveling Hungryboy

IPPUDO Singapore has taken its "Tsukemen Japan" special and jazzed it up with a mala version above. And contrary to what I was expecting, it wasn't watered down at all, with that broth so salty, spicy, and greasy that I had to eat some of those noodles naked rather than dipping them in. But they were very thick and chewy noodles that were fun to eat, and cilantro as a ramen garnish scores extra points with me.
