The Traveling Hungryboy

To be clear, this isn't on Sentosa island in Singapore, but rather the name of an open air kopitiam in Bukit Mertajam on the mainland side of Penang (1 Jalan Sentosa). My teammate suggested this place for lunch today, as it is well-known among locals on the non-touristy side of Penang. It reminded me of that pig organ soup down in Singapore with very tender cuts of meat in a refreshingly sour and light broth, paired with small grains of delicate rice topped with white taro root, if I understood it correctly. Yes, it was good, and the chili sauce on the side was a nice, if mild, touch.
