The Traveling Hungryboy

This chain from Osaka now has an outlet adjacent to Xiabu Xiabu at Lazada One (51 Bras Basah Road #01-07). They are tonkotsu-focused, and claim to have a butcher heritage, and thus feature things like bone-in ribs as toppings. It's too bad then that the meat was rather dry and unappealing. The good thing is that the chashu fared much better, being buttery thick and rich. But that alone won't be enough to bring me back here, especially since the noodles and broth weren't anything special.
