The Traveling Hungryboy

So apparently this is a well-known stall from Holland Close, but I had never heard of them until I came across a pop-up of theirs next to Marina Bay Sands today. They were pushing a few "famous street food" items, in particular those cockles above, which were decently plump and fresh. They offer a number of shellfish varieties that might be worth going to the main store for one day, but I also can't help but wonder how much of their alleged fame is self-proclaimed given how many times they kept using the word "famous" in their signage.
