The Traveling Hungryboy

All that talk about laksa yesterday reminded me that I still hadn't made my way over here yet (1 HarbourFront Walk #02-48, 9721-6560). The place was more upscale than I thought it would be, and the menu was more extensive than I had imagined too, featuring a number of creative little small plates that looked promising. But the food was also very heavy. Granted, laksa isn't exactly light, but that pile above was so strongly seasoned that it was just excessive for a weekday lunch. Maybe it'd be good with some booze, but I don't plan to go back, especially since one of the main reasons why I like laksa is the coconuty broth, which of course this dry version lacked.
