The Traveling Hungryboy

The folks behind Ajisen have brought yet another Michelin-starred ramen shop down from Japan: there is now a Nakiryu outlet at Plaza Singapura (68 Orchard Road #02-35, 6250-6822). That tantanmen above was definitely much better than the instant version, especially with its thick peanuty broth that was great for dunking rice into afterwards. Actually, the other bowls on the menu looked even more interesting, so I'll be back for those.
