The Traveling Hungryboy

We finally secured a reservation at that place next door to Bistro Étroit (150 Orchard Road #01-37, 9644-2487). The name may state that it's an oyster bar, but it's really a little ten-seater izakaya counter, with plenty of things like gyutan, gindara, karaage, potato salad, and monkfish liver to go into your belly. They had a white mapo tofu too. My favorite was their snow crab legs, served with kanimiso, egg yolk, and nori for you to make little tacos with. They have one of those two hour time limits though, which is too bad since I was still hungry when I left.
