The Traveling Hungryboy

I don't think I've ever had cart noodles before, so I can't really make a proper comparison. But the broth at this shop (134 Amoy Street #01-01) sure smelled like the aromas that one gets when walking down some of the streets of Hong Kong. One can configure their bowl with many choices of noodles, proteins, and veggies, all of which were of decent quality. The broth could get respectably spicy at the bottom too. But I'd much rather go to Chao Ting or even Ying Ji next door if I'm over here again.
