Here's something that you don't see everyday: Eggs Benedict but done on roti prata instead of a muffin...and with cheese and a red gravy rather than Hollandaise sauce. It was featured prominently on the menu at Casuarina, and it was better than I thought it would be, especially when you also had some of the brown curry to dip it into too.
